Documents required for Business Visit Visa:

Invitation letter from Sponsor Company in Saudi Arabia.
Company Registration (C.R.) Copy of Sponsor Company.
Covering letter on the letter head of Indian company (Stating the nature of business, designation of the visitor in the company, purpose of Visit and duration of Stay in the Kingdom, should be signed by authorized signatory other than visitor)
Recommendation letter from any one of the Indian Chambers of Commerce.
Original Passport valid for more than Six Months.
Two passport size photographs (3.5 x 4.5) having white back ground.
Visa stamping process from Royal Embassy of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (New Delhi) normally takes three working days, however we provide visa stamping on same day at additional urgent service charge.
